Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel has been given a new trailer by Electronic Arts.

The latest Army of Two video encourages fans to download the playable co-op demo, which will be available on Xbox 360 and PS3 by the end of the day (March 13).

Announced last year, the third game in the co-op franchise takes on a more mature and gritty tone, as the mercenaries Alpha and Bravo take to the streets of Mexico amid a deadly drug war.

Utilising the Frostbite 2.0 engine, which was used on games like Battlefield 3, it is being developed by Visceral Games in Montreal, formerly EA Montreal.

Hip-hop artists Big Boi and B.o.B will feature in the game, performing its official theme song and lending their voices to in-game operatives Charles ‘Chuy’ Rendall (Big Boi) and Anthony ‘Baker’ Barnes (B.o.B).

They will also star in a DLC pack called ‘Hit-Makers Kit’ that will be available as a pre-order bonus through Amazon in the UK.

Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel will launch on March 26 in North America and March 29 in Europe on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
